"The owner Ryan is a skilled trainer, devoted to his work and clients, and a true dog lover....The outcome? A very smart puppy who is eager to please and knows his stuff! Highly recommended for dogs of all sizes!"
"She left my home as a dog that would not listen to anything we asked and would terrorize my other pups. She came back as a whole new dog. I will be doing this program with ANY new dogs I adopt."
"From the very first lesson, he taught us the best way to get our pup’s attention and keep it and how to get her excited about working for us. We love our weekly lessons with Ryan- each time we are amazed at all of the things our girl can do!"
You reactive dog become more reactive and aggressive, possibly leading to a bite
Your destructive dog destroy more things, causing monetary loss but also potentially major surgery or health issues.
Your scared dog becomes more nervous, and wild dogs continue to rule the roost.
We teach with food and make sure the dog understands what we’ve asked before moving onto the next stage in training.
Then we slowly introduce distractions and build impulse control by reward good behavior and teaching them how to focus and behavior in all environments.
A happy, obedient dog who has less stress, knows his place, and trusts their owner in all situations.

I’ve been the dog owner who doesn’t have a clue and it was so stressful and destructive, and I’ve seen how training can bring balance and fun back to you and your dog’s relationship.
In college, I got my first dog. A brindle boxer runt named Remy. I went to go pick him up and the breeder pointed over to a tree where Remy was rolling around in mud. I was in love, but he was definitely the muddy rambunctious dog he showed me he was the first day I got him.
I did everything wrong- he chewed up my brand new shoes while I was gone, and I punished him hours later for it, he cried in the kennel, so I got rid of the kennel.
He got off leash once and ran away, I yelled at him out of frustration and the fear of losing him when he got back to me.
And then I read Dog Training for Dummies and started teaching him tricks and obedience, and I started to communicate clearly and fairly with Remy.
Once I learned how to communicate with my dog, everything changed. Since Remy, I’ve become a certified dog trainer, trained hundreds of dogs, and become training director for our local schutzhund club.

There’s no other relationship that can mimic it. Humans and dogs have evolved symbiotically throughout the centuries- we wouldn’t be where we are without them for protection, hunting, etc... and they wouldn’t be what they are without us. We are spoiled to be able to train dogs with people and we believe it’s very important to advocate for our dogs and teach our clients to do the same- it saves them headache, money, stress and creates a peaceful environment for the dog to enjoy as well.
If you put in the work and aren't happy with the result we will work with you for the success of the dog, even if it takes longer than our predicted timeline!
